Creative Mornings is a global organization with 255 chapters across 70 countries. Every month, our team hosts a free breakfast gathering with hot coffee, live music, and local art for 150+ attendees. I have the honor of curating speakers from Charleston's deep well of creative talent and introducing each month's theme.
For me, this event is a place where all my passions converge: performance, storytelling, and building vital third spaces for our community.

Cowgirl Camp
Wilderness Writing Workshop | Troublesome Basin, CO
15 women. 20 horses. 4 days in the Colorado backcountry. This writing workshop is a new part of Lavender Elephant’s 10-year women’s retreat, giving guests a way to anchor more deeply into the riding experience. We use thematic journal prompts to excavate our mythopoetic selves, mapping our inner landscapes in relation to the horses, the fire, the mountains, and each other.

Company-wide training on how to use stage presence and storytelling tactics in client presentations, and help young executives to build confidence with a strong personal elevator pitch.

Half-Day Storytelling Workshop | Board Retreat
An interactive workshop for the entire LLF team and Board of Directors on how to use stories to illustrate community impact. The organization has since implemented weekly story-sharing meetings—building a story culture from the inside out.
